Our Get Takeout app remains the most popular and cost-effective way to order from Try Thai Noodle Bar. Most orders are placed without any difficulty, our own drivers make the deliveries, and we take responsibility for your order from start to finish.

Occasionally, if the payment connection is interrupted, a payment may be taken even though the order does not reach us.
Always check that you receive confirmation after placing your order. If you do not receive confirmation but payment has been taken, please call us immediately on:
Our staff may ask you to place the order again and select Cash on Delivery. We will mark the replacement order as already paid, so you will not be charged twice.
Not receiving notifications about your order?
Some customers do not receive notifications about their order. This can happen if the email address entered when the account was created is not correct.
We also sometimes find that when we try to call about a delivery, the phone number on the order is incorrect or not in service.
Please check your details carefully when you sign up, and make sure that:
• Your email address is correct
• Your phone number is correct
This helps us keep you updated and means we can reach you if there is ever a question about your delivery.
Is the app unable to find your delivery location?
Please make sure Location Services are switched on and that your phone, tablet or computer knows your current location.
The app may remember the location used for a previous order. This is particularly important if you have moved home or are ordering from somewhere different.
Please select My Location again and check that the map pin and full delivery address are correct before confirming your order.
Still unable to place your order?
You can also order from us through Foodhub, which can be found on our Google business page.
Our Get Takeout app and Foodhub normally offer better prices than larger third-party platforms, and deliveries are completed by our own in-house drivers.
Alternatively, customers may order through Uber Eats, Just Eat or Deliveroo. Prices are higher on these services because they charge commission, and they normally use their own delivery drivers. However, they may provide a useful alternative on especially busy evenings.
